RoveBolt OÜ ("RoveBolt", "we", "us", or "our") makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or services included therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoveBolt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of a course of dealing or trade practice.

2. Role of RoveBolt

Drivers registered on the Platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of RoveBolt. RoveBolt is not a party to the transportation contract between drivers and passengers. All transfer services are provided directly by the driver under their own professional responsibility.

3. No Guarantee of Service Availability

RoveBolt does not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or without interruption
• A driver will always be available to accept every booking request
• Transfer services will be performed within any specific timeframe
• The Platform will be free from errors, bugs, or technical issues
• Any specific vehicle type will always be available in every location

RoveBolt may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoveBolt, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• The conduct, acts, or omissions of any driver, passenger, partner, or third party
• Any personal injury, property damage, loss of life, or emotional distress resulting from a transfer service
• Any delays, cancellations, or service failures beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Statements or conduct of any third party on or through the Platform
• Any other matter relating to the Platform

RoveBolt's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these services shall not exceed the total amount of commissions or fees paid by you to RoveBolt during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

5. Transportation Risks

By using a transfer service arranged through the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that all forms of ground transportation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Traffic accidents and collisions
• Road conditions, weather, and natural events
• Mechanical failures of the vehicle
• Actions of other drivers and road users

RoveBolt is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from such risks. Drivers are required to maintain valid commercial passenger transportation insurance as a condition of registration on the Platform, but the nature and extent of coverage are the sole responsibility of the individual driver and their insurance provider.

6. Accuracy of Information

RoveBolt makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on the Platform — including transfer prices, vehicle descriptions, driver profiles, estimated travel times, and route information — is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that such information is always complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Flight information, arrival times, and delays displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party data providers. RoveBolt is not responsible for inaccuracies in such third-party data. You are responsible for independently verifying your flight details and travel plans.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by RoveBolt, including but not limited to:

• Payment processors (Checkout.com, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and banks handling driver payouts
• Map and navigation services (Google Maps, Apple Maps)
• Flight tracking providers
• Analytics and performance monitoring services
• Social media platforms

RoveBolt does not endorse and has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of that service.

8. User-Generated Content

The Platform may allow users to submit content such as reviews, ratings, comments, photos, or profile information. RoveBolt does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit and must ensure that such content:

• Is truthful and not misleading
• Does not infringe the rights of any third party
• Does not contain offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful material
• Does not reveal confidential or personal information of others without consent

RoveBolt reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, edit, or remove any user-generated content at its sole discretion.

9. No Professional Advice

The content on the RoveBolt Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or travel advice. You should not rely on any information on the Platform as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in the relevant field.

10. Force Majeure

RoveBolt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising out of or caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, wildfires)
• Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or insurrection
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Strikes, labor disputes, or work stoppages
• Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
• Airport or border closures
• Power, internet, or telecommunications failures
• Cyberattacks, hacking incidents, or malicious software
• Any other event beyond the reasonable control of RoveBolt

11. Driver Conduct

While RoveBolt takes reasonable steps to verify drivers during registration — including identity verification, document checks, and vehicle standards — we cannot guarantee the conduct, professionalism, skill, or character of any individual driver. Drivers are independent contractors, and their actions are not under the direct control of RoveBolt.

If you experience unsatisfactory service or misconduct by a driver, please report the incident to RoveBolt customer support immediately at info@rovebolt.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the driver from the Platform.

12. Lost and Found Items

RoveBolt is not responsible for personal belongings left in a driver's vehicle. If you lose an item during a transfer, please contact the driver directly through the Platform as soon as possible. RoveBolt will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication between you and the driver but cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoveBolt OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any content or information you submit through the Platform
• Any transfer service you provide or receive through the Platform

14. Health and Safety

RoveBolt cannot monitor or control the health, safety, or physical condition of drivers, vehicles, or passengers at any given time. Users assume full responsibility for their personal health, safety, and wellbeing while using the Platform. If you have any special health or accessibility requirements, please inform RoveBolt and the driver in advance of the transfer so appropriate arrangements can be discussed.

15. Currency and Exchange Rates

All prices on the Platform are displayed in Euros (EUR). If you use a payment method in a different currency, your bank or card issuer will apply its own exchange rate and may charge conversion fees. RoveBolt is not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations, conversion costs, or international transaction fees.

16. Changes to This Disclaimer

RoveBolt reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving its original intent.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the client's country of residence.
